Inquisition: Il duo black metal statunitense Inquisition hanno rilasciato il secondo brano estratto dal prossimo album Bloodshed Across The Empyrean Altar Beyond The Celestial Zenith, in uscita il 26 di agosto.

Questo il commento del frontman Dagon sul brano:”This is Inquisition in its mid paced, heavy and hypnotic form; classic Inquisition. Here we have tight neck breaking riffs and percussive rhythms while mixed with an open and wide atmospheric segment that comes later in the song opening an entire new dimension; this contrasting works with the song’s theme of: death and destruction from chaos, perfection and creation from order all from within the center of the galactic battlefield where the gods of creation and the mechanics of the universe are one, working as destroyer and creator enabling cosmic evolution. In short, this is tribute to the center of galaxies and their law as an all-consuming force, a great Satan.”

Gli Inquisition hanno registrato Bloodshed Across The Empyrean Altar Beyond The Celestial Zenith nei London Bridge Studios a Seattle (ALICE IN CHAINS, QUEENSRYCHE, WOLVES IN THE THRONE ROOM e altri).

Inoltre, gli Inquisition e Rotting Christ hanno annunciato il tour eruopeo European Bloodshed Rituals per questo autunno. Le due band verranno supportate dai Mystifer e Schammasch.

Départe: La post metal band ha annunciato che il prossimo album verrà intitolato Failure, Subside, in uscita il 14 di ottobre per la Season Of Mist. Gli australiani oggi hanno rivelato l’artwork basato sulla fotografia di Alistair Davis che è stata editata da Sam Dishington e Michael Rankine.

Questo il commento della band: “The artwork for ‘Failure, Subside’ deals with feelings of guilt, loss, anxiety, fear, and defeat, closely reflecting the themes throughout the album. These emotions are intimate, almost claustrophobic, clinging to us like dirt – we hold them close, swallow them, hide them away like scars for fear of the shame that comes from the exposure of weakness.”

Archspire: Gli Archspire entreranno nei Flatline Audio studio nel mese di agosto con il produttore Dave Otero (CATTLE DECAPITATION, NIGHTBRINGER e altri) per registarre il nuovo album.

Alcuni titoli dei brani che faranno parte del nuovo disco sono: Involuntary Doppelgänger, Relentless Mutation, e From Solitude to Infamy.

 

Evil Invaders: Gli Evil Invaders rilasceranno il nuovo ep di quattro brani intitolato In For The Kill.

L’ep consisterà di due nuovi brani più delle versioni live di due canzoni estratte dal delbut album Pulses Of Pleasure.

L’ep verrà rilasciato in 1000 copie e la versione in 12 pollici verrà rilasciata per un numero limitato di 600 copie.

Inoltre, gli Evil Invadres, saranno in tour questo ottobre in compagnai di Suicidal Angels, Skull Fist, Crisix e Mortillery.
